Cash on delivery service will deduct the fee only when collecting money from the customer at the destination.

• COD service provides a maximum delivery value of 50,000 baht/bill.
• The cash on delivery fee cannot be refunded in any case and does not include VAT.

Terms of service and delivery

1. Customers must link their bank to the NiM Application to transfer money for products from the destination customer.
2. Creating a COD delivery bill can be done via the NiM Application or by sending it in person at a branch nationwide.
3. Siam Commercial Bank account transfers the product cost back within 3 business days. Other bank accounts transfer the money back within 5 business days.
4. In the event that the sender cannot contact the destination customer, the company will arrange to deliver the product no more than 3 times.
5. In the event that the destination customer refuses to receive the product or cannot make the delivery appointment on time, the company will return the product without surcharges for shipping and COD fees. Customers can come to pick up the product at the delivery service point.
6. In the event that the delivery is unsuccessful, the sender does not have to pay a fee but must pay the shipping cost back to the sender.
