We offer 2 main temperature control systems to suit different product types

• Chilled: Maintained between 0°C and 8°C, suitable for vegetables, fruit, dairy products, butter, and ready-to-eat food
• Frozen: Maintained below -15°C, suitable for meat, frozen seafood, and ice cream

We offer door-to-door pickup in Bangkok and its metropolitan area, along with a temperature-controlled distribution network delivering next-day nationwide, keeping products fresh all the way to the recipient.

To preserve product quality and prevent any break in the cold chain, products must be brought to temperature before pickup, as follows

• Chilled products: Refrigerated for at least 6 hours before pickup
• Frozen products: Frozen for at least 15 hours before pickup

We transport all types of temperature-controlled consumer goods. Products must be packed in sturdy, sealed packaging, and customers must clearly state the product’s expiry date — products must have at least 3 days of shelf life remaining from the pickup date.

Shipping rates are calculated based on parcel size, weight, and delivery distance. For our doorstep pickup service (within our service area), the pickup fee starts from just 30 THB per box.

Customers can enter their invoice or tracking number on our website to check delivery status and real-time in-transit temperature. Up to 20 numbers can be checked at once — simply separate them with a space or a comma (,)
