Terms of service and delivery

1. Customers must link their bank to the NiM Application to transfer money for products from the destination customer.
2. Creating a COD delivery bill can be done via the NiM Application or by sending it in person at a branch nationwide.
3. Siam Commercial Bank account transfers the product cost back within 3 business days. Other bank accounts transfer the money back within 5 business days.
4. In the event that the sender cannot contact the destination customer, the company will arrange to deliver the product no more than 3 times.
5. In the event that the destination customer refuses to receive the product or cannot make the delivery appointment on time, the company will return the product without surcharges for shipping and COD fees. Customers can come to pick up the product at the delivery service point.
6. In the event that the delivery is unsuccessful, the sender does not have to pay a fee but must pay the shipping cost back to the sender.

Terms of Use Fresh Food Service (foam box) and Product Warranty

The sender acknowledges and accepts the terms and conditions for receiving and sending goods and parcels as specified below.

1. The company reserves the right not to guarantee the product in case the customer packs ice in a foam box and uses cooling materials such as crushed ice, tube ice, ice cubes, etc.
2. The company reserves the right not to accept the transportation of temperature-controlled products packed in boxes that are not of good quality, are not suitable, are modified, invented, or are not tightly closed, and the total weight of the product and packaging exceeds 40 kilograms.
3. The company does not accept the transportation of any illegal items.
4. The company reserves the right not to guarantee products that expire within 5 days from the date of delivery / products or food packed in unsuitable containers.

• In the event that the end customer refuses to accept the product, Seal Express will return the product to the customer and charge the shipping fee equal to the outbound trip.
• Seal Express is not responsible for any damages resulting from delays in transportation caused by traffic jams, accidents, riots, protests, robberies, natural disasters, deteriorated products by the product itself, or unavoidable circumstances. Temperature-controlled products are delivered from origin to destination. The customer will prepare the product, cooling materials, and pack the product in a foam box with the customer’s own equipment.

Our Cold Chain shipping service keeps your chilled and frozen products at the right temperature every step of the way, using dedicated temperature-controlled vehicles for reliable, quality-assured delivery.

Transporting refrigerated goods at 0 – 8 degrees Celsius and frozen goods at temperatures below -15 degrees Celsius using closed vans to control the temperature.

Cold Chain Service Terms & Conditions

• Rates are calculated based on the total shipment weight per bill. Multiple boxes may be shipped under one bill,
  with a maximum of 5 boxes per bill.
• Products must be packed in new, moisture-resistant cartons only.
• The longest side of the carton must not exceed 55 cm.
• Products must be at the appropriate temperature according to the selected service type before shipment.
• Chilled: Product temperature must be between 0°C and 8°C. The sender must maintain the product temperature below 8°C
  for at least 6 hours prior to shipment.
• Frozen: Product temperature must be below -15°C. The sender must maintain the product temperature below -15°C
  for at least 12 hours prior to shipment.
• Products must have a minimum remaining shelf life of 3 days before the expiration date.
• Shipments must be dropped off at a service point. The maximum shipment weight is 40 kg per bill.
• Shipments to certain destination areas may be delivered using a temperature-controlled Cool Box.
• An additional charge of THB 50 per bill applies to shipments to remote areas.
• Compensation for loss or damage is provided up to THB 3,000 per bill.
