Chilled Products (CHILLED)

• Temperature: 0 – 8°C

• Condition: Products must be pre-chilled for at least 6 hours before pickup

Frozen Products (FROZEN)

• Temperature: Below -15°C

• Condition: Products must be pre-frozen for at least 12 hours before pickup

• Maximum box length: 55 cm

• Weight limits:

  • At service point: Up to 40 kg/box

  • Door-to-door pickup: Up to 30 kg/box

• Maximum: 5 boxes per bill

• We do not accept items that expire or perish within 3 days from the shipping date
