Our Cold Chain shipping service keeps your chilled and frozen products at the right temperature every step of the way, using dedicated temperature-controlled vehicles for reliable, quality-assured delivery.

Transporting refrigerated goods at 0 – 8 degrees Celsius and frozen goods at temperatures below -15 degrees Celsius using closed vans to control the temperature.

Cold Chain Service Terms & Conditions

• Rates are calculated based on the total shipment weight per bill. Multiple boxes may be shipped under one bill,
  with a maximum of 5 boxes per bill.
• Products must be packed in new, moisture-resistant cartons only.
• The longest side of the carton must not exceed 55 cm.
• Products must be at the appropriate temperature according to the selected service type before shipment.
• Chilled: Product temperature must be between 0°C and 8°C. The sender must maintain the product temperature below 8°C
  for at least 6 hours prior to shipment.
• Frozen: Product temperature must be below -15°C. The sender must maintain the product temperature below -15°C
  for at least 12 hours prior to shipment.
• Products must have a minimum remaining shelf life of 3 days before the expiration date.
• Shipments must be dropped off at a service point. The maximum shipment weight is 40 kg per bill.
• Shipments to certain destination areas may be delivered using a temperature-controlled Cool Box.
• An additional charge of THB 50 per bill applies to shipments to remote areas.
• Compensation for loss or damage is provided up to THB 3,000 per bill.
